In accordance with our customers' GTB and legislation, GESCO EXPERT claims:

- interest rate of penalties due in case of late payment

- penalty clause (if included in our customer's GTB)

- a fixed allowance of € 40 / invoice and only for a commercial debt ((Art. 441-6, I al. 12 of the Commercial Code and D. 441-5 ibidem)

No other costs can be claimed (except for enforcement titles).
